About

Hello! I am a designer who thinks like an illustrator. I studied Communication Design at Washington University in St. Louis, graduated in 2012, and decided to make the Midwest my new home. I began interning at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (yes, they have graphic designers, as well as an entire photography and video production studio!) and was hired on for five years. I laid out my last chart in 2018 and returned to my alma mater, where I now design publications, posters, and paraphernalia for the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts.

I listen to music when I need to think and audiobooks when I don't. I'm an avid cyclist, and know more cycling routes around STL than I know car routes. My favorite Adobe program is Illustrator.

In 2023, I joined the board of the St. Louis Independent Comics Expo (SLICE)! SLICE hosts an annual expo, as well as workshops and events throughout the year, to promote comics literacy and uplift local small presses and independent creators. I am primarily assisting with marketing efforts and social media.
